Every now and then I go to make a sign and have difficulty trying to figure out what I want it to say. I sit at my computer for hours googling away searching for that perfect saying. I always wish that I could go to one spot and find a list. Well I have finally figured out where to find that list for both you and I to share. Right here on my blog. Each Sunday I am going to share a new sign with you. The word or saying will be chosen from one of you through my comments. In addition, I will feature the blogger who was "the chosen".....
I am looking for single words or phrases. It can be as simple as "BAKERY" or as elaborate as a full paragraph. My signs will be displayed on items such as an ordinary board, a wall, or even a piece of furniture. The best part is that anytime you are looking for a sign idea, you can just link back to Sign Saying Sunday to find one.
Here are some of my favorites that I have done in the past:
So put on your thinking caps and lets help each other out with a list that we can all refer back to....I'm so excited to see what everyone comes up with!
I'll start the list with one of my all time favorite sayings:
"I LOVE YOU TO THE MOON AND BACK"

I always like the standard "Home sweet home."
ReplyDeleteI also made a collage with the words "Once upon a time..." to remind me of this fairy tale I'm living ;) Kinda mushy, but I think it's sweet :)
ReplyDelete"Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance."
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorites! Thanks for stopping by my blog.
