Paris chic window art~one of my favorites

Score!!! Old windows...

I tackled a project with one of them today. I printed out 8 photos from The Graphics Fairy. They are 8 cover photos from vintage sheet music books. I mod podged each to the backside. In addition I painted the panes a pale gray/blue. Finally, I distressed the entire piece....I am in love with this!

Wish all of you could see it in person. Looks so much better than the photos. It's hanging in my family room next to this piece.

I know, I have been teasing you with bits and pieces of this room. I promise I only have a few things to finish it up before the reveal.

  34. I think this is the best project you've ever done. When I say best I mean it. All the colors you picked were ingenious and just the idea of using vintage sheet music is really cool.
