For the most part, I am able to get at least one project done a day. Even when I have one gazillion things to do...But today, I had one hundred and one gazillion things to do, so I only accomplished a sign for my shop...
I still wanted to share a project with you though, so I chose to shoot some pictures of a bench makeover I did over the summer.....It was literally made from scraps, but is one of my favorite pieces.
I had a table a while back that just became useless and the top was a nightmare. The top became firewood, and the legs I kept. I don't have a before picture of the legs, but I do have the leftover scraps from the legs that I have been saving for another project. This should give you a good idea of the before. (These are going to be used sometime soon for another project).
I remembered I had this old board out at the shed. Grabbed it...Slapped some white paint on it and the legs.....Screwed the legs into the bottom of the 4 corners....Distressed the piece.....and came up with this...
I figured this way, I could give you a sneak peak of my room too...I will do the full reveal tomorrow....
Hope you enjoyed my scrap to treasure bench....
Take care,
Lisa

That bench was one of the first things that caught my eye in your bedroom reveal, Lisa. It's a great trash-to-treasure piece, and it looks great in that room.
