I had envisioned in my head how I wanted this piece to look, and it came out exactly as I had planned....
While I had the white paint out, I decided it was time to paint a sign seeing that I hadn't done one in a while. I used a saying that has personal special meaning to me....I am very happy with the way it turned out....The scrap wood I used distressed perfectly....

I'm glad it came out the way you planned. When your a artist the worse thing that happens to you is when you envision something and it didn't come out at all the way you thought it would.
