Vintage wardrobe given a new life
I was so excited the other day when I found a piece to re-create that I have not done anything similar to before. The before was actually quite nice, but to me was dated and could use a makeover.....
I wanted to brighten it up so I chose to simply go with white paint....
A fun whimsical piece that will go great in any room :)

Oh my! As soon as I saw your picture I couldn't believe my eyes! That was the same wardrobe my parents put in my nursery (not to date myself but I'm in my early 30's)! You did a great job on its transformation.
ReplyDeleteReally nice this cabinet. More and more beautiful your decorations.

Would you mind sharing if you sanded it completely before you painted it? I have some really great peices that I was to paint and distress, but I have always been afraid to give it a try.
