Vintage, shabby chic, and romantic tied into one small bowl

I only have a wee bitty project to share today, but must say, it makes a big statement....

I purchased this antiqued brass dish/bowl at Goodwill. I love the shape and saw much potential for this....

Some white spray paint and a bit of distressing gave me this....

So many uses.....soap dish, jewelry bowl, candy dish, candle holder, business card holder, etc.....

I did also complete a sign today, but I can't share that with you until Monday. I am saving it for my new themed linky party, "Meet Me On Monday". In case you haven't figured it out, the theme will be signs....So, get busy creating one, or sharing one you have done in the past.

  12. When I first saw this I was thinking. It meant look better if she left it alone. It had this nice gold look to it. After seeing the paint job though. I was impressed how it looked better white. You really have a good feel for what color would look good on something.
